BODEGAS PERFER<\/strong><\/span> is located deep into the Desert of Almeria \u2013 the only existing desert in Europe<\/em> \u2013 and only a few kms. from our beloved Mediterranean Sea. Our design pays tribute to the aloe vera<\/em>, a beautiful plant commonly found in our region.<\/p>\n

The BLUE colour reminds us to the Mediterranean Sea, culture and gastronomy. Made with grapes Chardonnay, ALMA AZUL<\/strong><\/span> owes its elegant blue colour to a natural pigment found in the grapes skin (Anthocyanin E163). Its completely harmless for human consumption and <\/span>commonly used as a food additive and source for antioxidants.<\/p>\n
