Our Organic/bio Extra virgin olive oil is produced only after Organic Agriculture has taken place, which is meticulously respectful with environment, optimizing natural resources and avoiding the use of synthetic chemicals in soils and oils.

Organic agriculture replaces chemicals with manure, and avoids using fertilizers, pesticides and insecticides by using natural barriers, organic traps and herbicides with manual weeding.

Spanish olive oil sector is tightly regulated and organic production even more, if possible. For an olive production to be considered organic in Spain, it needs to strictly meet the above requirements for at least 3 years in a row.

Our organic products have the relevant organic certifications covered under the EU umbrella and are automatically exchangeable with other foreign certificates like the American NOP, just to mention one of them. Other organic certificates and quality certificates will be made available.
