BODEGAS PERFER is located deep into the Desert of Almeria – the only existing desert in Europe – and only a few kms. from our beloved Mediterranean Sea. Our design pays tribute to the aloe vera, a beautiful plant commonly found in our region.
WHY IS IT BLUE?
The BLUE colour reminds us to the Mediterranean Sea, culture and gastronomy. Made with grapes Chardonnay, ALMA AZUL owes its elegant blue colour to a natural pigment found in the grapes skin (Anthocyanin E163). Its completely harmless for human consumption and commonly used as a food additive and source for antioxidants.
