New partnership between MX2 GLOBAL and CASA DE ALBA

JOINT ANNOUNCEMENT:

A mutually beneficial commercial partnership was signed today between CASA DE ALBA and MX2 GLOBAL.

With this agreement, MX2 GLOBAL becomes a mandated global exporter of CASA DE ALBA fine foods brand. The partnership started during the 30th Edition of the ‘SALON GOURMET’ celebrated in Madrid, on April 2016.

Iberian Ham types

One of the most representative products of Spanish gastronomy is Serrano Iberian ham. There are two types of ham depending on the pork’s breed: if the animal is Iberian the ham is called Ibérico, while ham coming from other white pork is called cured ham.
